Yourr App Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

• These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Yourr application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").
• The Application is provided by iStars Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Łódź, Poland, registered under KRS number: 0000298516 (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").
• By using the Application, the User accepts these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

• The Yourr Application provides features aimed at improving the user's mental well-being, including quizzes, problem analysis, personalized exercises, and AI support.
• Access to the full functionality of the Application requires a paid subscription.
• Users can access a 7-day free trial.

3. User Registration and Account

• Using the Application requires registration and account creation.
• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• The user account is non-transferable and cannot be shared with third parties.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Payments in the Application are processed via Stripe, App Store, and Google Play.
• The payment conditions are presented to the user in the form of informational screens.
• After the trial period, the subscription renews automatically, unless the user cancels it before the end of the billing period.
• Users can manage and cancel their subscription through App Store or Google Play account settings.
• For payments made via Stripe, users can cancel their subscription through the Application settings.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are only available in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play policies.
• For payments made through Stripe, users can request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date, provided they have not used the paid features of the Application.

6. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

• The Yourr Application processes user data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)and other applicable laws.
• Users have the right to access, correct, transfer, and delete their personal data.
• This Privacy Policy outlines the rules for collecting, processing, and protecting personal data of Yourr Application users (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").

• Service Provision – enabling access to Application features, including quizzes, analysis, and content personalization.
• Payment and Subscription Management – processing transactions through Stripe, App Store, and Google Play.
• User Support – handling inquiries, technical issues, and other Application-related matters.
• Service Improvement – analyzing Application usage and optimizing its functionality.
• Content Customization – personalizing content based on user activity.
• Security Assurance – monitoring and preventing unauthorized access and fraud.

Personal data processing is based on:

• Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR) – using the Application and managing subscriptions.
• User consent (Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR) – for specific processing, such as analytics.
• Legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR) – storing transaction data for accounting purposes.
• Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR) – improving the Application and ensuring security.

Yourr does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties, except:

• Payment service providers (Stripe, Apple, Google) – for transaction processing.
• Analytics providers (Google Analytics, Firebase) – for Application optimization.
• Law enforcement and administrative authorities – when required by law.

11. Data Retention

• User data is stored as long as the user has an active account.
• Upon account deletion, user data is removed within 30 days, except for data required for legal or accounting purposes.

In compliance with GDPR, users have the right to:

• Access their data – verify stored data.
• Rectify incorrect data – update information.
• Erase their data ("right to be forgotten") – delete their account and all associated data.
• Restrict processing – in certain cases, users may request processing limitations.

• The Administrator reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy.

16. Application Usage Rules

• Users must use the Application lawfully and in accordance with its intended purpose.

17. Service Provider Liability

• The Service Provider is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the Application.
• The Service Provider strives to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Application but does not guaranteecontinuous availability.

• The Service Provider reserves the right to change these Terms of Service.
• Users will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
