I can’t log into the app

Try resetting your password by clicking the “Forgot password?” option on the login screen. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

I haven’t received a confirmation email

Check your spam or junk folder in your email inbox. If the email hasn’t arrived within 15 minutes, try again or reach out to us.

Is my data safe?

Yes! At Yourr, we prioritize your privacy. We do not store personal data, and your mental health analysis is completely anonymous.

I want to delete my account

👉 Subscription & Payments

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription in your account settings in mobile app. Please note that canceling a subscription does not result in a refund for the already paid period.

Why was my card charged even though I canceled my subscription?

If you canceled your subscription after the trial period ended, the next payment might have already been processed. If you have any concerns, please contact us.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only available in exceptional cases. To submit a refund request, please contact our support team.

How can I submit a suggestion for the app?
